There are plenty of good pubs and Restaurants close by all with their own particular merits. There is the harbour and Marina facilities in Pwllheli less than 10 mins on the South Coast to explore as well as Abersoch another 10mins farther to the West from where you can see the famous St Tudwell’s islands. Aberdaron is a very pretty village with a great beach where the ferry goes out to St Bardsey Island right at the end of the peninsular. Alternately just stay locally and hang around Morfa Nefyn walk along or play at the famous Nefyn Golf course or beach to Porth Dinllaen old fishing port and the Ty Coch pub right on the beach with buckets and spades/ beach BBQ enjoying the seaside. The area is famous for some great fishing from the beach/ rocks or in small boats launched from Morfa Nefyn Beach.
